Chef Base

Construction

Top cover, front and side of heavy duty stainless steel. Galvanized steel rear panel interior made entirely of heavy-duty stainless steel with corners soothed on the floor.

Heavt-duty stainless steel drawers on the outside and inside, sliding guides and positive packaging. Provided with magnetic seal, removable without tools, closing by gravity and with stable opening lock. Door handle integrated throughout.

The unit comes with a 50 mm CFC free polyurethane insulation, foamed on site.

 

Refrigeration System

Self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly (CFC free) R-134A refrigerant. Front breathing compressor on left side for built-in applications. Evaporator coil is mounted to interior left side above the compressor. Large fan motor and fan blades for greater air flow.

Cabinets are designed to maintain temperatures between 32°F to 41°F in the interior cabinet.

The unit is supplied with a standard 8’ electric cable and plug (Nema 5-15p). Equipment on standard 4” wheels.

 

Warranty

3 year parts and labor warranty plus 2 additional year compressor warranty. (Continental U.S.A & Canada only).

resistant “V” marine edge protects against spills.
